Beginning again as an actor and venturing behind the camera, he soon realized his true calling lay not only in film and television production but also in fostering the filmmaking community. Willem founded BTSLV’s digital platform and publication to give Las Vegas creatives and independent filmmakers a voice in this rapidly growing market and industry. As Editor-in-Chief of BTSLV’s digital publication, he oversees a dedicated team of writers, on-camera personalities and production teams who report on all things entertainment, film, and production-related in the Las Vegas area. In his role with BTSLV’s production and events department, Willem ensures corporate clients receive a true Hollywood experience, bringing professionalism and cinematic flair to every event and production.

Nicholas Robbins is a filmmaker and creative visionary with a BA in Film Production from the University of Missouri, where he also served as an equipment technician and lab monitor. Robbins has worked on numerous television productions, independent features, and short films in roles including director, producer, cinematographer, production coordinator, camera operator, first assistant camera, gaffer, and key grip. With his extensive industry experience, Robbins also excels as a freelance writer, editor, and consultant. His passion for storytelling and meticulous attention to detail drives his work across a variety of creative mediums, establishing him as a dynamic leader in the world of live events and entertainment.

Nicholas Colon is a distinguished Air Force veteran who honorably served for 10 years, completing his service as a tactical aircraft mechanic. Following his military career, Nicholas—known as Nico to his friends—channeled his passion for storytelling and the arts into filmmaking. He refined his craft at The Los Angeles Film School, focusing on video editing. Nico’s rare combination of military discipline, organizational expertise, and creative vision makes him an invaluable asset as the Chief Operations Offcer of BTSLV. He plays a key role in driving excellence in entertainment reporting, film, and television projects, while also ensuring that BTSLV’s corporate clientele receive unmatched service and finished products that exceed expectations.
