Frances Rose Padunan is an award-winning independent filmmaker known for her creative storytelling as a writer, director, and producer. As a city producer for the 48 Hour Film Project, she supports emerging filmmakers through workshops and events. While completing her college degree, she continues to hone her skills and contribute to independent cinema.
